AUTO NEGLIGENCE

Construction workers improve the world in which we live. yet, often they are required to labor under avoidable dangerous conditions which cause injury and death. The law imposes upon the owners of the construction sites and those in charge of them, a duty to provide a safe workplace. For many decades, the United States Government has supported a policy of highway forgiveness, which means that the highways on which we drive should be designed, constructed, maintained, and marked to insure our safety.
