Lori L. Thierfeldt

Lori L. Thierfeldt, Esquire graduated cum laude from State University of New York at Fredonia, with a Bachelor Of Arts Degree in Public Law and Policy, in 1994. Ms. Thierfeldt then went on to receive her Paralegal Certification from Duquesne University in 1995. She obtained her degree of Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School Of Law in 2002.

While a student at Duquesne University School of Law, Ms. Thierfeldt served as an intern representing pro se litigants in the Family Division, Allegheny County Court. She served as an intern law clerk with the Honorable Donetta W. Ambrose of the United States District Court, Western District. Ms. Thierfeldt also served as an intern law clerk for the Honorable Justice Joseph Gerace, Supreme Court of New York and researched archived county clerk records to further the research for the biography of Robert H. Jackson by John Q. Barrett of St. John University, School of Law, New York City.

Before joining Burgett & Robbins, Ms. Thierfeldt worked at Cipriani & Werner, in Pittsburgh for four years performing both paralegal and law clerk functions, and finally as an associate. While at Cipriani & Werner, she focused her practice in general insurance liability litigation. Ms. Thierfeldt is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association and New York Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Third Circuit.
